Return Policy

At Kalma Studio, we partner with a curated network of independent suppliers through Shopify Collective. Because each supplier ships and fulfills orders directly, return and refund policies vary by supplier.

General Guidelines

  • Return Window: Most suppliers accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please check your order confirmation or product page for supplier-specific details.
  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items may be final sale, including perishables, digital products, and personalized or custom-made items.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at karla@kalmastudio.shop within the return window.
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will coordinate with the supplier and provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by the supplier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In those cases, please contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue promptly.
